Starting to meditate isn’t as difficult as you might think.
We don’t have to change ourselves in order to be happy – we simply need to discover what we already possess within.
A direct approach to meditation, providing effective tools to reveal what you’ve always held within yourself – innate qualities of awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom.
In working with these qualities of mind, we gradually transform our relationship to present–moment experience, learning to approach every thought, feeling, and sensory experience with unconditional warmth and acceptance.
Meditation can be followed by anyone, regardless of religious or cultural orientation. We don’t have to change ourselves in order to be happy – we simply need to discover what we already possess within.
What will I learn?
Awareness meditation allows us to use any situation or experience, even difficult emotions and physical pain, as a gateway to inner peace.
You will learn:
You'll discover a lasting contentment that is not subject to the conditions of the external world, and to nurture the qualities of wisdom and compassion that naturally manifest from awareness itself.
We will dismantle any ideas that meditation is a rigid pursuit with lofty, unattainable goals. You will learn that compassion is easy, wisdom is accessible, and awareness is always within you.
